    Pigment Series:
The Pigment Series is the result of 11 years of extensive research and refinement, utilizing recycled elements such as paper, wood scraps, fruit pits, legumes, tree leaves, and water-soluble resins. These materials have evolved into a cellulose-based biocomposite, creating a highly practical, quality material for daily use. These unique artifacts are presented through a wide range of pigments and rich textures. Key features include recyclability, durability, eco-friendliness, lightness, water resistance, and long-term repair and reuse capabilities—making them ideal for modern homes.

    About Studio Honarvar Pieces:

Studio Honarvar’s pieces are crafted using compressed foam reinforced with glass fibers and resin, ensuring high resistance to pressure and impact while remaining lightweight. The monolithic frames are fortified, making breakage and disassembly nearly impossible.

The outer layer is made from a combination of recycled paper, wood scraps, fruit pits, legumes, tree leaves, and natural, edible resins. This unique material composition and technique—exclusive to Studio Honarvar—result in a natural texture and feel.

To ensure durability and everyday usability, a transparent waterproof coating is applied, making the products impermeable to water and moisture.

Since 2017, Studio Honarvar has relied on sculpting techniques and handicrafts to create furniture and home accessories from recycled materials. Ali Honarvar is a renowned Iranian artist and sculptor who employs a truly exceptional process in his work with Papier-mâché, resulting in truly-contemporary pieces that defy the conventional perception of the paper pulp material. From the initial sorting to the meticulous amalgamation process, every step is a labor of love that can span hours or even days. Ali believes that the artist's love and energy are interwoven into their creation and once each piece finds its home, it will eternally reflect the life that its maker has breathed into it.
